 教育与科研经历
  1994年9月至1998年7月就读于中国科学技术大学生物系,分子与细胞生物学学士学位
  1998年9月至2003年7月

在中国科学技术大学生命科学学院免试硕博连读,生化与分子生物学博士学位,获“求是”及“中国科学院院长”奖

  2003年12月至2006年12月在美国得克萨斯休斯顿健康科学中心从事博士后研究,期间获得Keck Center Pharmacoinformatics Fellowship的资助
  2006年12月至2010年3月在犹他大学化学系从事博士后研究
  2010年4月至2010年12月在芝加哥大学化学系从事博士后研究
  2010年6月至今通过中国科技大学优秀人才引进,受聘为生命科学学院教授

 目前研究方向
  1.发展生物大分子多尺度模拟的新方法,如构象空间增强采样技术和粗粒化模拟,等等;
  2.多尺度模拟整合核磁共振、冷冻电镜以及X射线小角散射等结构数据,研究生物大分子(蛋白、核酸及复合物)的结构及动态变化。
