目前研究方向 |
主要研究方向是膜蛋白化学合成与外源分子调控。以重要生物学问题和重大疾病密切相关的膜蛋白为研究对象,发展了可脱除主链骨架修饰(RBM)策略,结合蛋白质化学合成技术,实现一系列具有生物活性的膜蛋白体外重构,例如定点翻译后修饰、定点同位素标记等功能化膜蛋白。同时,基于高通量筛选技术进行天然蛋白配体分子的功能进化,发现新的D-型多肽类活性分子/药物前体分子,开发靶向膜蛋白的蛋白质探针工具,结合现代生物化学和生物物理技术,阐释跨膜蛋白结构-功能机制,实现膜蛋白功能的精确调控,并开发靶向膜蛋白的新型D-多肽类药物分子。在Nature Commun、Nature Protocols、J Am Chem Soc、Angew Chem Int Ed和Acc Chem Res等国际高水平杂志发表(共同)通讯/第一作者论文30余篇。 |
