光是生命之源。生物体不仅通过视觉系统感知光,还依赖复杂的感知觉机制来整合多种环境信号,进而调控机体的多项生理功能。本人聚焦于感知觉(尤其是光感知)信号的分子与神经机制,以及这些感知信息如何影响昼夜节律、情绪等关键生理过程。 近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者在Cell(2篇,2019、2025)、Protein & Cell、Advanced Functional Materials等杂志上发表多篇研究论文。主要学术成就和创新点如下:1)首次实现哺乳动物裸眼近红外图像视觉,突破自然界赋予动物的视觉光感知生物物理极限(Cell 2019,Cell杂志年度最佳论文(1/9),中国生命科学十大进展);2)基于折射率匹配原理,发明了高转换效率、生物相容性良好的高透明度近红外光上转换隐形眼镜,实现了多波谱近红外光转换的人类近红外色彩图像视觉(Cell 2025,中国生命科学十大进展,中国神经科学重大进展);3)揭示了光暗适应中,“胶质细胞→甲状腺信号通路→感光细胞能量状态”调节光暗适应的细胞分子机制(Protein & Cell 2023);4)红外感知与生物材料交叉,开发红外感知相关复合材料,实现对冲击力和高温的有效防护(Adv. Funct. Mater. 2023,Adv. Funct. Mater. 2024);5)发展三类感光细胞生物物理特征系列检测技术,揭示系列光感知生理功能(Cell 2022,Cell 2023,Nat. Neurosci. 2020,Neuron 2025)。基于学术成绩,荣获安徽省自然科学一等奖(2021),中国科学院杰出科技成就奖(2024),两次荣获“中国生命科学十大进展”(2019,2025),“中国神经科学重大进展”(2025),Cell 杂志年度最佳论文(2019),贝时璋青年物理学家奖,博新计划,中国科学院优秀博士论文,吴瑞奖学金等重要荣誉。 |
