随着分析化学研究的不断深入,对单个分子的测量、追踪和操控成为这一领域未来重要的发展方向,将帮助人们在单分子层面观察和理解物质的化学行为、物理变化和生物过程。然而,由于目前相关分析原理与分析模式的确立十分有限,许多单分子级别现象仍难以得到观测和解析。 |
