 目前研究方向

运用X-射线晶体衍射以及核磁共振等工具,结合分子生物学,生物物理学以及化学生物学等手段,研究真核生物尤其是人体内和重大疾病(肿瘤和神经退行性疾病等)有关的生物大分子复合物结构。并通过化学小分子筛选辅助药物设计达到控制或者治疗疾病的目的,积极推进结构生物学向疾病治疗方向的转化。
