　目前研究方向

研究领域：生物光子学

1.

光镊技术及其生物医学应用
开发光捕获和相关测量技术应用于微观生物粒子的操控及其生物医学功能研究，例如细胞、外泌体等；致力于动物活体内细胞操控，未来深度组织内血细胞的操控及测量。

2.

光场调控及组织光学应用
基于光场调控技术克服生物组织的光散射影响，实现深度组织内的光学捕获、光学成像和光通信等应用。

3.

数字光学微流控技术
结合光学捕获、光场调控等手段开发数字光学微流控技术，研究可用于单细胞分选和测序等应用的数字光学微流芯片。
