报告介绍 | Abstract:
In this talk, I will present a theoretical proposal in realizing spin wave logic based on a ferromagnetic wafer using domain wall and surface anisotropy as waveguides. A simplest spin wave logic component, spin wave diode, is demonstrated using micromagnetic simulations. In an anti-ferromagnetic film, I will show a chiral magnonspin Hall effect due to anti-ferromagnetic skyrmions. Such behavior can be used for a spin wave demultiplexer. |
