Liz completed an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Biological Chemistry at the University of Nottingham where she stayed to carry out a PhD in organic synthesis under the supervision of Professor Jim Anderson. Since then, she has worked for the RSC as an Assistant Editor for Dalton Transactions, CrystEngComm and Chemical Society Reviews, and as a Deputy Editor for the Materials portfolio. Liz has been Editor of Journal of Materials Chemistry, Soft Matter and Polymer Chemistry since January 2011. Liz is also Managing Editor of the newly launched journals Biomaterials Science and Materials Horizons. |
