报告介绍 | 报告摘要:
In the last decade, the layer-by-layer (LbL) self-assembly method, which is based on the stepwise electrostatic assembly of oppositely charged species, has emerged as a promising and versatile approach to the fabrication of functional molecular assemblies with well-defined architectures. The great advantages offered by the LbL technique are its ability to coat substrates with uniform layers of varying composition and the achievement of controllable thickness at a molecular scale. The geometry of the substrate is not necessarily planar but can be curved or spherical. Herein, we introduce of our recent work on utilization of the LbL technique to coat mesoporous silica particles and porous polycarbonate membrane for preparing hollow capsules and tubular nanostructures with controlled composition and wall thickness.
