1997: joint BASF as research scientist in polymer laboratory, colloid science in Germany
2001: responsible for Product Management Nylon in Asia/Pacific stationed in Hong Kong
2004: responsible for Marketing / Sales Nutrition in Asia/Pacific stationed in Hong Kong
2008: Dispersions for Architectural Coatings Nutrition in Europe, stationed in Germany
since 2011: Head of global colloids research of BASF, stationed in Germany
