Nanotechnology is the ability to design and control the structure of an object at all length scales from the atom up to macro scale. This presentation reports the main research work in Dr. Chang Ming Li’s group including the approaches to synthesize and characterize various nanostructure materials and further to explore the arts to investigate various advanced bionanosystems in bioelectronics, bioenergies, lab-on-a chip, biocatalysis and green energies. The beauty of combination of physics, chemistry, biology and engineering approaches to produce important bionanosystems will be presented. Interesting mechanism to enhance the performance of the bionanosystems will be discussed.
