完整报告题目:  Quantum manipulation of topological qubits by quantum tunneling effect – new way towards fault-torrent quantum computation

报告摘要:
The degenerate ground states of topological order (the so-called topological qubits) are used as the protected code subspace to build a quantum computer by tuning their quantum tunneling effect. We study quantum tunneling effects of the topological qubits and obtain its effective theory. Then we show how to manipulating topological qubits to do quantum computation including the initialization, the unitary transformation and the measurement.
