报告介绍 | Much of the excitement about graphene, a single atomic layer of carbon, arises from the fact that electrons in graphene behave as massless "relativistic" particles (Dirac fermions) with an effective speed of light equal to c/300. This has led to a number of profound discoveries, as well as a global “gold rush” searching for new physics and device applications. In this talk I will present our recent results from the transport, scanning probe, and optical experiments on graphene, in the context of recent developments in this rapid-growing field.
