 目前研究方向

  躯体感觉系统是人和动物感知外部环境刺激与机体内部状态的核心神经通路,在传递感知信息,驱动防御反应以及调控生理稳态中都发挥着至关重要的作用。课题组主要研究方向包括1)躯体感觉及产生相应行为反应,尤其是呼吸道反射的神经机制研究;2)光感和副交感相互作用的神经机制。重点关注过敏和感染性疾病,综合运用离体和在体神经电生理技术、离体和在体钙成像技术、遗传标记的轴突示踪技术、逆向示踪技术,单细胞 PCR 技术、化学遗传学,光遗传学和动物行为学等国际前沿技术手段鉴定和剖析介导喷嚏,咳嗽,疼痛和瘙痒等相关症状的特异性外周感觉神经元和神经环路。

  相关学术工作以第一作者,共同第一作者和共同通讯作者发表在Cell(2024 & 2021)、Cell Reports (2023)、Nature Communications(2019)、Brain, Behavior, and Immunity(2019 & 2017)、Journal of Neuroinflammation (2024)等国际知名学术期刊。获授权美国发明专利1 项,国际发明专利PCT 1 项,国家发明专利1项,申请美国专利1项。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(2026-2029),荣获校级创新团队培育基金(2026-2028)。
