人脑的复杂结构被认为是高级意识产生的生物学基础,探索大脑的进化机制是生物学的核心问题之一。课题组主要研究人类大脑进化的调控机制,重点探究大脑皮层在灵长类的进化过程中如何形成人类特异性的形态和功能特征。通过神经发育生物学,神经细胞生物学和分子生物学基础,结合脑片活体成像、大脑皮层类器官和跨物种的二维神经干细胞的体外分化和生物信息学等技术手段,阐释调控人类大脑皮层发育的分子与细胞机制。详细描述(但不限于)如下: 1、揭示人与灵长类脑进化差异的分子和细胞机制。 2、解析神经系统与血管系统发育的相互调控机制。 3、探索大脑皮质发育畸形的致病机制。 ORCID:0000-0001-5958-1987 |
